Hearing Notice on Adopting an Amendment to Ordinance 1125 Regarding Intoxicating Liquor Regulation

Minnesota Statutes Sections 415.02 and 415.021 authorize the city to codify its ordinances and print them in a book.
Notice is hereby given that the council of the City of Nerstrand, Minnesota, will meet at 7 p.m. on May 12, 2026, to consider, and possibly adopt, an updated city ordinance regarding Intoxicating Liquor Regulation. This is an ordinance change updating local rules and regulations relating to sales, hours of sale, and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution, and consumption of intoxicating liquor.
The proposed Code of Ordinances contains amendments to the following sections: Sections 1125.03, 1125.04, 1125.07, 1125.09, 1125.11, AND 1125.12
