Hearing Notice on Adopting Ordinance 1105 Regarding Tobacco, Nicotine, and Lobelia Regulation

Minnesota Statutes Sections 415.02 and 415.021 authorize the city to codify its ordinances and print them in a book.
Notice is hereby given that the council of the City of Nerstrand, Minnesota, will meet at 7 p.m. on June 9, 2026, to consider, and possibly adopt, an updated city ordinance regarding Tobacco, Nicotine, and Lobelia Regulation. This is an ordinance establishing the regulation of the sale of tobacco; tobacco-related and electronic delivery devices; and nicotine and lobelia products.
