Hearing Notice on Adopting an Amendment to City Ordinance Chapter II Regarding City Council

Minnesota Statutes Sections 415.02 and 415.021 authorize the city to codify its ordinances and print them in a book.
Notice is hereby given that the council of the City of Nerstrand, Minnesota, will meet at 7 p.m. on May 12, 2026, to consider, and possibly adopt, an updated city ordinance chapter II regarding City Council Rules and Procedures. This is an ordinance change updating city council rules of order, procedures, by-laws, salaries of elected officials for council meetings, and city council vacancies.
The proposed Code of Ordinances contains amendments to the following sections: Sections 200, 205, 210
